Physiotherapy pricing and payment at Physiokinetic Limited
We accept card or contactless payments, to be made at the end of each appointment. We do not accept cash payments.
Cancellation policy: Our time and availability are very important to us and our customers. If you have to change or cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice by phone (0121 440 7736) or email (info@physiokinetic.co.uk). If you do not notify us of any changes before then, we will need to charge for the session in full.
- Initial Assessment / Treatment (45 minutes): £70
- Follow Up Treatment (30 minutes): £50
Longer appointments are available which enable more treatment time per session - please ensure you ask for an extended appointment if you want the extra time with your Physiotherapist.
- Extended Initial Assessment / Treatment (1 hour): £90
- Extended Follow Up (45 minutes): £70
Concessions
Concession prices are available for University staff and students with a valid ID card, patients under the age of 18 and selected sports teams and organisations. For more information on whether you may qualify for the discounted rates, please contact Michael Gosling at info@physiokinetic.co.uk

Private Medical Insurance
Physiokinetic Limited accept most major Private Medical Insurance companies for payment, including AXAPPP and Bupa. Rates are agreed with the insurer on an individual basis.
